At Coffee for Gaza™, we strive to deliver your coffee fresh, safely, and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.
📦 1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day.

Each order is inspected to ensure freshness, quality, and secure packaging.

Once processed, your order is handed over to the selected shipping carrier.
🛫 2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–7 business days for domestic USA addresses. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Expedited Shipping – Delivery within 1–3 business days depending on your location. Additional fees apply; available at checkout.

International Shipping – Available to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

All USA orders ship for a flat rate of $6.25.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipping.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Returns may be requested under our Return & Refund Policy.
📦 7. Damaged or Lost Orders

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If damaged, email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items.

After verification, we will either replace the items or issue a refund.

Coffee for Gaza™ is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost due to a carrier error, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
