Coffee for Gaza™ Shipping Policy

At Coffee for Gaza™, we strive to deliver your coffee fresh, safely, and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.


📦 1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Each order is inspected to ensure freshness, quality, and secure packaging.

  • Once processed, your order is handed over to the selected shipping carrier.


🛫 2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–7 business days for domestic USA addresses. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Expedited Shipping – Delivery within 1–3 business days depending on your location. Additional fees apply; available at checkout.

  • International Shipping – Available to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


💵 3. Shipping Costs

  • All USA orders ship for a flat rate of $6.25.

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


📦 4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.


⚠️ 5. Delays & Issues

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Carrier delays or misrouting

  • Customs inspections for international orders

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us at info@coffeeforgaza.com.


🔄 6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipping.

  • To request a change or cancellation, email info@coffeeforgaza.com.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Returns may be requested under our Return & Refund Policy.


📦 7. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • If damaged, email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items.

  • After verification, we will either replace the items or issue a refund.

  • Coffee for Gaza™ is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost due to a carrier error, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
