🔄 Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received them.

• Coffee and perishable products are not eligible for return once the packaging is opened, due to food safety reasons.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• If you need an exchange, email us at info@coffeeforgaza.com with your order number and details.

🚚 Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
